| |
- Each villa or apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and safe.
- Rates included:
One set of bed linen per person with weekly change, electricity, water, gas, car park, self-service-laundrette, play ground, free entrance to the swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
- Rates do not include:
Municipal Resort Tax (payable upon arrival) € 0,60 per day, per person over 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 days.
Final compulsory cleaning: € 30,00 for a two roomed apartment and € 50,00 for a three roomed apartment.
- Towels: optional rental for € 6,00 per person per change
- On receiving your key, a deposit of € 100,00 is required, which will be returned, on the day of departure after a management check.
- Payments can be made in cash or by cheque . We do not accept credit cards.
- Pets are allowed only if kept on a leash and with no access to common areas. A fee of € 50,00 must be paid for final cleaning of pet areas (payable locally).
- Visitors are not allowed.
